The venue is terrific, it offers delicious breakfast and has stunning location adjacent to the artwork and downtown Vancouver and most attractions. Glad I took art queen room, it was elegant and silent. ...  

Extremely comfy beds, USB ports, all the required facilities and free tea in the room. Friendly services, the private parking was available on site. Not to mention free wifi! Particularly good location right by many restaurants, the downtown area...

I had a gallery king room and it was spotless with a fantastic jacuzzi. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were a plus. The location was unbeatable, for example, English Bay Beach Park was not too far from the hotel. The breakfast was incredible, the check in was efficient.

Clean property with courteous staff with assisting and thoughtfulness. Had great location easy to reach a lot of attractions, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Need.

Staff all helpful courteous & cheerful. Although arrived early a room was found very promptly.

Technical point water pressure from shower on 6th floor not as good when we returned later for further stay but not bad enough to complain so lived with it.

Staff were very helpful and the museum decor was definitely something different

This place has a lovely boutique building and well-organized rooms, featuring very comfortable beds, as well as a marvelous and delicious breakfast with plenty of choices.

I appreciated the free morning coffee/tea service plus the restaurant with music, plus the art work around the hotel. They upgraded us and allowed us to check in early since we were exhausted and needed to sleep. Excellent!

The bed was slightly too hard but I am v sensitive to this!

Location is easily accessible to restaurants and transportation. The service is courteous and the hotel/rooms were clean. Delicious coffee delivered to our door each morning at our selected hour (free and with a smile). Our housekeeper wrote us a thank you note upon receiving her tip! This hotel offers many thoughtful gestures which were surprising, thoughtful, helpful and free! Free internet and up to three (3) hours of long distance telephone calls to the U.S. are included in the room price.

This place is a cool boutique hotel with a trendy vibe. The staff here are friendly and very helpful, always going above and beyond to make your stay pleasant 😊. It's just a mile away from the seaplane airport, so convenient for travelers.

A classy looking hotel with a friendly boutique feel. Being ideally located between Stanley Park and Vancover's shopping.

The service was prompt and friendly. The Restaurant at the Hotel is great. The room was clean and had a nice uptown feel. The location was perfect, the heart of Vancouver.
